Given the customized nature of the products, all orders are non-refundable. While we strive to accurately showcase our products' colors and images, actual colors may vary on different monitors. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any individual or region, at our discretion, and to limit product quantities. Product descriptions and prices can change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. Offers on this site are void where prohibited. We cannot guarantee that the quality of products, services, or information will meet your expectations, or that service errors will be fixed.

Subscription Services and Automatic Renewals
SKINFIELD offers you the opportunity to create Personalized Skincare through a subscription model. By ordering Personalized Skincare, you agree to initiate a subscription with us and commit to paying all applicable subscription fees mentioned at the time of your order ("Subscription Fees"). Your use of the Skinfield.com website is governed by our Privacy Policy and all other relevant terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Skinfield.com website, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. By ordering and subscribing to our program, you consent to these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. Upon ordering an eligible product and enrolling in a subscription, you will be notified that your subscription has been set up, and your first order will be processed. Given the customized nature of the products, all orders are non-refundable. Please be advised that your subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel it. You may cancel at any time via the "Profile" page in the "Skincare & Plan" section of your account. By opting for a subscription, you authorize SKINFIELD to periodically charge your selected payment method for each delivery according to the chosen quantity and price. Maintaining a valid credit card in your account is a mandatory aspect of our subscription service. You acknowledge that SKINFIELD requires no further authorization for these recurring charges. SKINFIELD is authorized to charge your payment method on any date your automatic renewal is scheduled to next ship and to apply the fees to the same. You will receive a reminder email before the end of each 3-month cycle informing you about your next Analyzer envelope shipment, and an email when the Analyzer envelope is dispatched. We reserve the right to modify subscription benefits at any time at our discretion, including changes to discount amounts and the criteria for determining discounts. Any changes will apply to future orders, including existing subscriptions. We may terminate your subscription at any time without prior notice. In such cases, you will only be charged for orders that have already been dispatched to you. To change or cancel your subscription, visit www.skinfield.com and access the "Profile" page, then select the "Skincare & Plan" section. Intellectual Property
The Site and Services feature materials like software, text, graphics, and audiovisual works, known collectively as “Content,” owned by us, our affiliates, or third parties, and protected by domestic and international laws. Unauthorized use may infringe copyright and trademark laws. You're granted no rights to the Content outside of this Agreement's permissions. Without our prior written consent, you cannot modify, sell, or use the Content for public or commercial purposes, nor for artificial intelligence development, training, testing, or validation. Violating this Agreement results in immediate termination of your access to the Content and Services, requiring you to destroy any Content copies. SKINFILED’s trademarks and logos on the Site and Services, along with any third-party trademarks (collectively, “Trademarks”), cannot be used without our explicit written consent for each use. The use of Trademarks in linking to or from any site without our written approval is prohibited, with all associated goodwill benefiting us. Site and Services elements are also protected against copying or imitation by various laws, and no Content may be retransmitted without our express written consent. Any communications sent to us, including feedback and suggestions, may be freely used by us for any purpose, including product and service development.
Reposting Your Social Media Content
SKINFIELD may occasionally share consumer photos, experiences, or stories from personal social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc. We will not repost your content without your explicit written consent. By allowing SKINFIELD to use your User Generated Content (UGC), you confirm that: You own or have permission for all aspects of the UGC, including the right to grant SKINFIELD usage. You have consent from anyone featured in the UGC. The UGC doesn't infringe on any rights or laws and complies with the terms of the relevant social media platforms. Granting permission means you give SKINFIELD a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your UGC in all media, without needing further consent or offering compensation. By submitting UGC, you release and hold SKINFIELD harmless from any claims related to its use.
Service And Price Changes
Product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice. We are not liable for any changes, price adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Service.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY ASSERT CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY ALLEGED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Despite this provision, either party may partake in a class-wide settlement.
